Interesting, and convincing. Though this is billed as Willow/Illyria, the story itself makes nothing explicit. Which works, because the story is really about something else: Willow and Illyria working together, and learning to understand one another (or moving toward it, at any rate), under enormously trying circumstances. It also gives us yet another opportunity to look at Willow from an outsider’s perspective … and it doesn’t get much more “outsider” than Illyria.
