Oh man. First, I love that Faith was 16. And, although California is not the best when it comes to juvenile justice, I like to think that Faith would not be serving life in an adult prison*. That you've got her in this bleak situation, well, I feel like Buffy at the thought. I love Buffy's cluelessness about whether Faith might expect harm from her. Jeez. But I also love that Buffy is apparently so over all of that stuff that she can't imagine not wanting to help. It seems like more than "the enemy of my enemy is my friend".
