You know, when I read "Marshall", I thought you were going to post Eminem.

This was really neat. I never really listened much to Marshall Crenshaw, but I really like this song (great video, too).

I was thinking about picking Mr. Mathers and Dido for the duets category, but changed my mind.

Marshall Crenshaw's first album is about as perfect a record as I've ever owned. Even the B side of "Someday Someway" ("My Favorite Waste of Time") beats most A sides.

I love that video. Props to the VJ for including Stockard Channing and Patricia Neal.

I almost went with "Regulate" for the karaoke duet one, which has happened, but decided the world doesn't need to ask itself what it sounds like when a very white Swede tries to rap about thug life in downtown LA.

"My Favorite Waste of Time" is a great song, but I've heard the Owen Paul version far too many times to unhear it.
