My year in fic

beer_good_foamyEverybody else is doing it, so why can't I? It's been a pretty good year. My personal favs are in bold, though it's not like I dislike any of them...
January:
Discipline. Alt after "Passion", 13 chapters (WIP), PG13/R. Giles gets killed, Buffy falls apart, things go VERY different. Starring: Snyder. Pairing: W/O, X/C, S/Dru, Dru/Aus. This is one of my favourite things I've written - only at some point I ran into a big wall of writer's block and can't get the damn thing off the ground again. I'm starting to doubt I ever will, which is too bad since I really love what there is of it and have a few ideas.
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. Season 5, 1 chapter, PG13: Willow comes up with a good excuse to blow off patrol. Probably the only BtVS fic ever containing a dirty joke in bad Hebrew. Pairing: W/T.
Five By Five By Five By.... Post-series, 1 chapter, PG13: A Faith/Buffy slashfic with a difference. Or 24 differences, actually. Pairing: B/F... sorta. This is one of my own personal favourites, mostly for the sheer silliness of it, but also because... well, the ending is kinda cute yet meaningful, I think. It strikes me now that this may have been influenced by Roger Waters' criminally overlooked The Pros And Cons Of Hitchhiking, except Eric Clapton doesn't masturbate all over it. I hope.
Pining. Season 7, 1 chapter, PG13: A kitchen conversation between a vampire and a bunch of would-be Slayers which, bizarrely, ends up with a William the Bloody poem which, I would like to think, is bad enough to qualify as bloody awful. Pairing: none.
March:
Atonement's A Bitch. Season 7, 9 chapters, PG13/R: Season 7 from Faith's perspective - cue deep character introspection and angsty confrontations. Pairing: F/Wood at one point. This is the biggie, IMO, possibly the best thing I've written.
The Curse. Post-series, 1 chapter, PG13: Faith finally reveals her childhood trauma. Pairing: that would be spoiling it. But it does involve someone's balls.
Welcome To The Slaughterhouse. Alt "Family", 10 chapters, NC17: Tara's family aren't just rednecks, they're crazy cannibal rednecks. With chainsaws. VERY violent Texas Chainsaw Massacre crossover - I kill off almost everyone here. Pairing: W/T, X/A, B/R.
April:
The Most Important Romantic Relationship Of Her Life. Post-series, 1 chapter, PG13: Buffy's most important boyfriend finally tells all. Pairing: B/P. Yes, P is for Parker.
May:
Gonna Make You Bark. Season 5, 7 chapters, PG13. PuppetAngel gets bit by Nina... Moon rises... Cuteness ensues. Some of this could possibly be used against me in a hypothetical trial to determine my level of sanity. But it's fun. Pairing: Wes/Fred, A/you wouldn't believe me if I told you. Oink.
Evening Odds. "Objects In Space", 1 chapter, PG13: Kaylee deals with the aftermath. Pairing: none. My first and, to date, only Firefly fic (a few drabbles excepted).
July:
Welcoming Committee. Post-"Becoming", 1 chapter, PG13. Angel arrives in hell, much to the annoyance of its inhabitants. Pairing: none, but Skip's in it! Sort of a crossover with "The Young Ones", I had to use the Barry Manilow thing.
Some Velvet Morning When I'm Straight. Unknown timeframe, 1 chapter, PG13. Willow and Tara check into a motel room for some one-on-one time and everything is going great until they decide to watch a naughty video tape... well, kinda. Basically it's cute and fluffy but weird. Well, kinda. Pairing: W/T.
My Demon Lover. Post-"Grave", 2 chapters (WIP), PG13/NC17: Buffy seeks comfort from and finds love with Clem. Yes, Clem. Pairing: B/C. Really need to get the next chapter to this done.
October:
How I Spent My Vacation. Angel 1x19 "Sanctuary", 1 chapter; PG: So where did Cordelia go after she tricked Angel into giving her a paid vacation? Home, of course. But where's that again? good__evil, so it must be good. (Or possibly evil.) Winning awards is nice.
November:
Best Fiends Forever. 1860ish to post-"Not Fade Away". The life and unlife of a being called Drusilla and her closest confidante in 10 drabbles. Pairing: D/A, D/S.
December:
The Call Of Illyria. End of NFA, 1 chapter, PG13. It’s the final battle, and the gang seem to be toast when Illyria calls in a favour from an old acquaintance. HP Lovecraft crossover. Pairing: Illyria/Cthulhu. Iä!
Traditional Christmas Carol. Post-series, 1 chapter, PG: Many Christmas traditions make no sense at all to those who haven't seen them before. As the two surviving members of Angel Investigations are about to discover, however, there are some traditions which are much more pleasant. Pairing: Illyria/The Groosalugg.
Five Xmas Gifts That May Have Seemed Like Good Ideas At The Time But, As It Turned Out, Really Weren't. Various, 5 drabbles, PG13: Pretty much what the title says. Five separate drabbles about christmas gifts where the thought probably counted, but the result wasn't very good. Pairing: W/T, Fred/Wes.
Driving Away From Home. "Tabula Rasa", 1 chapter, PG13: So Tara leaves Willow and she needs a ride back to campus. Xander's a gentleman, so he offers. But Xander's also Willow's best friend... Pairing: none, obviously.
Five Holidays Faith Won't Forget. Various, 5 drabbles, R: Again, what the title says. Pretty dark and angsty, but hey, it's Christmas.
Oh, and I wrote a whole bunch of drabbles.
