(Some questions here are just way too broad. What's next, "A song you like with music in it?")

13. A song you like from the 70s
Patti Smith Group - Gloria

I still love Patti Smith, I see her live every chance I get, and I've never seen her give a bad performance well into her 70s. But in the 1970s, she was on a different plane from everything else, preaching rock'n'roll like a mystical religion, remixing the world and spitting it back out... For a while there, before it became one of the most musically conservative genres, punk meant doing absolutely anything. And few artists have introduced themselves to the world the way this, the first track on her first album, does; taking an old Van Morrison b-side and piling on several new verses that turn it into something entirely different.
Jesus died for somebody's sins, but not mine
Meltin' in a pot of thieves
Wild card up my sleeve
Thick heart of stone
My sins my own
They belong to ME. ME.
