Well, it's a whole herring filet that she's supposed to swallow in one bite. Which is a bit much. (Also, I think it's a salted herring rather than a pickled one, which... who the hell eats salted herring for midsummer?!? It's the pickling that gives it taste, ffs!)
There's also not nearly enough drinking going on. And also, it doesn't look fun. Why would anyone want to celebrate Midsummer sitting in long, solemn rows with one (1!) glass of aquavit when you can get drunk off your ass in the sunshine singing songs about how many shots you've had?
