Excellent!

The Tooth Fairy selling teeth on the Faerie Realm black market is as good an explanation for what the hell she's been doing as I've ever heard.

I also like her solution for troublesome mortals like Buffy: wait 100 years or so until they die.

You'll never top the Willow/Ron Swanson crossover fic (imo), but this was close!
