Buffy Between the Lines

Yay! My episode of the audio drama Buffy Between the Lines is up! I'm listening to it right now and it's fantastic - with the actors and soundtrack and everything, I feel like I just wrote something for the real show. Huge thanks to everyone involved! Listen to it here.



Episode 11: Oldies Night. Dawn’s missing, men all over Sunnydale are showing up dead and the BuffyBot goes a little haywire. Can the scoobies find Dawn, work on resurrecting Buffy and deal with their Sunnydale’s newest threat?

For those of you who haven't been keeping up, a short "Previously on":

Buffy Between the Lines takes place between seasons 5 and 6, tracking what happened with the Scoobies during the Buffy-less summer - Willow's descent into black magic, everyone dealing with their grief, deciding to raise Buffy, etc. At the same time, they have to deal with a new Big Bad - Javert, a previously unknown childe of Spike's who's decided to rid the world of California once and for all.

In the last episode, Javert kidnapped Dawn - who's been less than happy with the situation and feeling generally abandoned by everyone and a bit rebellious. Javert's plan for destroying California is nearly ready for execution, and the Scoobies have their hands full...

The episode was awesome!!! Javert was so good in this and the way you have him being sneaky and Dawn being drunk and the crazy-ass Elizabeth was just fantastic! I was kind of hoping that she could find Angel and stake him but that is so not canon even if I want it to happen. Loved it, loved the great job you did and can't wait to hear more episodes from you and the BBTL team and read all your posting!

The next episode is the season finale, I think. I have no idea what's going to happen in it, so I'm just as excited as everyone else... and then there's a season 2 in the works.
