Hey people, did you know sl_podcast who used to run Buffy Between The Lines (for which I wrote an episode and a half) is currently working on both Angel and Firefly Between The Lines? And for added awesomeness, she's also running the Strangely Literal Podcast, which recently featured great readings of two of my fics, and I'm told there's more to come:

I never actually saw it. I've pretty much had it with superhero movies - especially the way they keep rebooting them every 6 months.

They're good for a bit of escapist fun when they don't keep being bastards to everything that isn't straight, white and male. Unfortunately Darren Aronofsky directing the new Wolverine movie has my hopes up. I keep telling my brain that it's a Wolverine movie for effs sake, but it's all Darren Aronofsky :DDD

The Green Hornet was nothing short of entertaining btw!

I know the feeling, I'm the same way with the Girl With The Dragon Tattoo movie. I've very little interest in the story, but it's FINCHER. I'm hoping he'll really go with the idea of having everyone speak English with a Swedish accent, that would make it the greatest comedy ever.

There was an Equality Now speech by Joss posted online a few weeks before the scheduled event, it was understandably placed on private, someone said they thought it was funny and well, I remarked that yeah delaying a request for aiding oppressed women when they need equality now is a mark of our privilege. How we get to set the "right" time to help people suffering.

Which was then taken to mean I was attacking Equality Now for saying that we're all privileged when others can't afford to be. So...

That was fun.

I just need to get all the little things right... and find an ending... and stop fretting about it being very silly and lightweight and yet rather long... Gnnnn. Someone needs to tie me to a chair until I finish this.
