In District 12, They Still Run Windows 3.1

They ran for their lives towards the Cornucopia, forgetting all dangers but the pack of Muttations chasing them. Katniss grabbed the metal construction and climbed, but Peeta still lagged behind, limping on his bad leg. When one mutt leapt for him, Katniss put an arrow to her bowstring and fired.

Bull’s eye. But instead of the satisfying sickening squelch of an arrow penetrating living flesh, there was a strange clunking, whirring noise before the mutt keeled over in a shower of electric sparks.

"Nice shot," Peeta grinned as he climbed. "You got him right in the 3.5'' floppy disk drive.

Though I'm afraid I don't have the least clue what's happening, as I've never read the Hunger Games.
